EASTER FROLICS WITH FRANKIE STEIN...

As a special 'egg-stra' Easter treat (ho ho, I'm so funny), here's the FRANKIE STEIN strip from WHAM! #44, cover-dated April 17th 1965, as drawn by the inimitable KEN REID.
Now if only someone in the Easter '67 Pow is chomping on an egg we'd have a full set! Now I know why all your Frankies are also so clean. I used to think you must have kept all your comics in an airtight vault. You go to a lot of trouble for us, Kidda! See you tomorrow.
It was another Easter Smash last year, I've been revisiting some old Odhams posts. Yes, Frankie was Ken"s pinnacle - I don't see how he could have improved it, but for sheer nostalgia, I'm starting to have cravings for Jonahs as well.

I think I posted the Easter Pow! issue last year, JP. The Frankies are brilliant, aren't they? Ken Reid was unsurpassed at that point in his career.
