BABE OF THE DAY - CAN YOU GUESS WHO THIS IS, PET?
Believe it or not, Crivs, this sultry babe is actress BRIGIT
FORSYTH, who played THELMA CHAMBERS/FERRIS
in BBC TV's excellent WHATEVER HAPPENED To The
LIKELY LADS back in 1973/'74. Wotta darlin'!

And Brigit Forsyth is still around today - she plays the role of Pearl in Radio 4's ED REARDON'S WEEK.
Meanwhile, BBC Radio 4-Extra is currently broadcasting the 1975 radio adaptation of Whatever Happened To The Likely Lads.
Thanks for that, CJ. I listened to the first episode of WHTTLL on iplayer a couple of weeks ago. It was taken from a home recording, so the quality was a bit variable, but it was interesting to spot the differences to the TV episode.

Where is that picture from..?
It's from a book called (funnily enough) Whatever Happened To The Likely Lads.
