A cascading cornucopia of cool comics, crazy cartoons, & classic collectables - plus other completely captivating & occasionally controversial contents. With nostalgic notions, sentimental sighings, wistful wonderings, remorseful ruminations, melancholy musings, rueful reflections, poignant ponderings, & yearnings for yesteryear. (And a few profound perplexities, puzzling paradoxes, & a bevy of big, beautiful, bedazzling, buxom Babes to round it all off.)

DOCTOR WHO EPISODE: 'INSIDE THE DALEK' - A SHORT REVIEW...
Now that was better! (I'm a man
of very few words - sometimes.)
Huge improvement on Deep Breath, I wish they would just write something into the series allowing the Doctor to recover instantly from his regenerations- I never enjoy the first episode wacky behaviour stuff that we tend to get. Much more enjoyable to see Capaldi playing the Doctor his way, energetic, slightly insecure and surprisingly abrupt.
Nice episode, I hope the rest of the series continues to improve.
Oops, sorry, DD - forgot I had still to answer you. My only reservations about Capaldi so far is that he's still coming across like a comedy character a lot of the time. Witness his interplay with Robin Hood in the third episode.
******
Yeah, a major mistake if ever there was one. Obviously done with an eye on making money from new merchandise. Perhaps they'll keep them as the 'Cult of Skaro' Daleks.

I hope they continue to use the metallic- looking Daleks. I hated Moffat's plastic multi-coloured abominations!
