Welcome to our freaky cover gallery of eight FRANKIE STEIN HOLIDAY SPECIALS, published by IPC from 1975 to 1982. Incidentally, the '77, '78, '80 & '81 issues are IPC file copies, gifted to me by Bouncing BOB PAYNTER (Group Editor of the Youth Group's humour division) - in response to my greedy request, it has to be said. (You don't ask, you don't get.)

I LOVE Frankie-Stein ... I wasn't to know until much later that it was because I loved the work of Ken Reid. I'm very fortunate to own two pieces of Reid artwork. A FaceAche and a Frankie-Stein ...

I used to own several pieces of Reid's work, Al. The Nervs, Faceache, The Sub, and of course, Frankie Stein. I only have one page of Frankie Stein left, but I had a few pages professionally copied before I passed them on, and they look just like the original art.
