Sad news for Star Trek and X-Men fans, and all those who appreciate good acting. Famous thespian Patrick Stewart has unfortunately died at the age of 86. Another legend gone, alas. Condolences to family, friends, and fans. His legacy remains.

With nostalgic notions, sentimental sighings, wistful wonderings, remorseful ruminations, melancholy musings, rueful reflections, poignant ponderings, & yearnings for yesteryear. Just heard that. A great actor loved his Prof X and Captain Picard as well as some of his comedy comedy work. Sad indeed.
Makes one wonder who'll be next, McS, and fervently hope that it isn't oneself.
Kid, it appears Walter Koenig 'Chekov' passed away on October 25th age 90 as well. You'll live forever Kid, immortalised on this blog...
A sad week for Star Trek fans indeed, what with Walter Koenig passing as well. Plus Susan Saint James from McMillan & Wife and Alias Smith & Jones and a load of Universal TV series back in the early seventies.
Never knew about Walter Koenig's death, AAW, was it only just announced?
I remember Susan Saint James from McMillan & Wife, B. Didn't she leave the show and it was renamed McMillan? I always thought Rock Hudson, with a padded suit (like Kirk Alyn and George Reeves), would've made a great Superman.
Meant to say, that'll only be if Blogger itself lasts forever, AAW. Thanks for the compliment.
