PART TWO OF THE TITANS COVER COMPARISONS - FANTASTIC FOUR #86...

Might as well strike while the iron is hot I suppose, so here's the second instalment in our new series of The TITANS covers, compared to the originals they were copied from.  Above is The FANTASTIC FOUR #86, below is The Titans #29 - what do you think, Criv-ites, does it manage to replicate the KIRBY/SINNOTT magic?  Or is it nothing more than a pale imitation which fails to score with you?  Let us all know in the comments section.

Yeah, CN - pretty obvious, isn't it? And none too subtle.

Instead of all those word balloons I think they should have had a larger Doom imposing over the FF, which would have interfered with the logo but if done with a little thought could have worked.

That's what I thought, Nick. It wouldn't have hurt the logo to be partially obscured by a larger Doom. The name of the comic would still have been obvious.
