She had a hard life after they fired her from the show. How sad.
I must see if my local library has her autobiography, Phil. From what I've heard, it sounds like interesting reading.
Shatner's memoirs mentioned her battle to overcome drug and alcohol dependency, and he described her story as "heroic."
That's another book I must read one day, TC. Another interesting read, I'd imagine.
Have just watched her in an episode of the Outer Limits called Controlled Experiment, also starring Barry Morse taking some well earned time off from chasing the Fugitive. Reading about her life, it was Leonard Nimoy who offered her support during her tough times which it seems was typical of the man.
Ken.
McCoy, Scotty, Chappel, Spock and Rand - now sadly gone where many people have gone before.
Oh no, that is so sad. And I feel guilty now with my innuendos. But I WAS so besotted with her beauty when I was young.
R.I.P. Grace, I had a crush on you and I'm proud of it!
And I'm sure she'd have appreciated your crush, JP. After all, it was a compliment.
When Shatner goes my childhood will almost be gone. When Connery goes I will have to grow up.
Never grow up, never grow old, never die, Phil. I don't plan to.
