A cascading cornucopia of cool comics, crazy cartoons, & classic collectables - plus other completely captivating & occasionally controversial contents. With nostalgic notions, sentimental sighings, wistful wonderings, remorseful ruminations, melancholy musings, rueful reflections, poignant ponderings, & yearnings for yesteryear. (And a few profound perplexities, puzzling paradoxes, & a bevy of big, beautiful, bedazzling, buxom Babes to round it all off.)

I read the contents of Spider-Man #1 in my copy of POW! Annual 1968, though I didn't realise it was #1 at the time...
ReplyDeleteThe interesting thing about the Pow! Annual reprint is that it didn't correct the 'Peter Palmer' mistake, BS. It's left uncorrected in this reprint also - just like the original.
ReplyDeleteTch, that Alf and Cos....slackers, the two of 'em!
ReplyDeleteAnd don't forget Bart - he was just the same. (Oops, thought I'd accidentally deleted your comment, BS, but I hadn't.)
ReplyDeleteDid they correct it in Pow #1?
ReplyDeleteIt was the 2nd story from ASM #1 that had the mistake, JP, so I don't think that was in Pow! #1 (it was the main Spidey story that was published). I'd have to check which issue it was to see if it was corrected or not, which I'll do later when I've dug my Pow! volume out.
