A cascading cornucopia of cool comics, crazy cartoons, & classic collectables - plus other completely captivating & occasionally controversial contents. With nostalgic notions, sentimental sighings, wistful wonderings, remorseful ruminations, melancholy musings, rueful reflections, poignant ponderings, & yearnings for yesteryear. (And a few profound perplexities, puzzling paradoxes, & a bevy of big, beautiful, bedazzling, buxom Babes to round it all off.)

ReplyDeleteIndeed - and a page to itself, too.
ReplyDeleteAlso seem to recall it was available as a poster from Marvelmania back in the late 60s early 70s...but the pic in the ad always had the "Cap goes" line missing.
ReplyDeleteBut yep, if you had to explain Kirby's impact in one image, that one would probably do.
Although the actual poster does have the line, funnily enough. You can still buy a canvas-style print of the cover, BS, although it has an 'aged' look added to it.
