Here's the velvet-voiced king of country crooners, JIM REEVES, with
a nice relaxing song to melt all your troubles away. I may have played this
before, but it's a belter that bears repeating. Headphones at the ready...
A cascading cornucopia of cool comics, crazy cartoons, & classic collectables - plus other completely captivating & occasionally controversial contents. With nostalgic notions, sentimental sighings, wistful wonderings, remorseful ruminations, melancholy musings, rueful reflections, poignant ponderings, & yearnings for yesteryear. (And a few profound perplexities, puzzling paradoxes, & a bevy of big, beautiful, bedazzling, buxom Babes to round it all off.)

Isn't music amazing. Who would have guessed country music was such a big deal in Scotland in the 60s.
On the other hand I read a news item that two bagpipe band got into a fight at McDonald's ...so some things are just so Scottish you can't invent them..
Wait it was on a radio quiz show.... Sorry no link
Jim Reeves was certainly popular in Scotland, Phil - still is.
