HAVE I BEEN PAID? I'LL JUST 'CHEQUE'...



You're looking at what used to be the letterhead of MARVEL
U.K. back in the '90s.  It was also used on the cheques they sent to
freelancers, but without the colour (I think) and  less prominent in
appearance - just a muted outline, if I recall correctly.  Bank tellers
seemed fascinated by them.  Thought you might like to see it.

    The very word I always used whenever I saw a cheque, AJ. (I was usually referring to the amount 'though.)
