DO YOU HAVE ORIGINAL SIN?

Image copyright MARVEL COMICS

Well, next month, on June 4th, the story kicks off in The
MIGHTY WORLD Of MARVEL #13 - a 100 page issue
for the paltry price of £3.50.  Don't miss it, true-believers -
it would be a sin if you did!  (Nice one, Kid - nice one!)

  1. I started buying e-books about 18 months ago so these days the only comics I buy are downloaded to my tablet - also my local WH Smith's closed in March last year and the nearest one is about 20 miles away so those Panini Marvel comics are much more of a bother to get. I've already read some of 'Original Sin' and moved on - in the next couple of days I plan to download 'Storm' Volume 1 and 'Nightcrawler' Volume 1. And next week maybe 'Hulk' Volume 2 - I don't care what anybody says, these modern comics are great. And where all this supposed sex and violence is remains a mystery to me.

  2. A little bird told me that all that sex and violence takes place in YOUR house, CJ, but obviously you're so used to it that it just doesn't resonate anymore. So with all those orgies, where do you get the time to read comics?

  3. Comics on Mondays to Wednesdays, orgies on Thursdays to Saturdays - Sunday is a day of rest obviously.

  4. And you'll need it - after all that reading, sh*gging and fighting.

  5. I bought a few of the original US versions some really great art but got fed up trying to find all the associated titles so this looks a good one to pick up. Sadly I think W H Smiths in Hamilton has stopped stocking the Panini collectors editions as I’ve not seen any for the last 2 / 3 months ( I can only see 2000AD, Beano, the kids version of Spider-Man, Batman etc). Have to say Im not a big fan of the downloads I like to have the comic.

  6. My local WHS keeps the Panini titles on a completely different shelf than other comics, McScotty, so it's worth looking in the magazine section or asking the person that deals with that particular area. (No one else will have a clue; in fact, there's no guarantee that the person who puts out the comics and mags will have a clue either.)

Like you, I prefer to have the real deal.
