With nostalgic notions, sentimental sighings, wistful wonderings, remorseful ruminations, melancholy musings, rueful reflections, poignant ponderings, & yearnings for yesteryear. Karl D, I'll pop it in the post on Wednesday at the latest. Hope you enjoy it.
ReplyDeleteRecall Power Records having put out one of those spooky sound effects LP's you'd play on Halloween around here. Though I'm sure I said this before, they were one of the many label names of a company called "Synthetic Plastics", one of the other familiar labels was Peter Pan Records. Those records were common in my childhood.

I've got a spooky Hallowe'en CD somewhere, Chris, but I can't recall who made it. Thanks for the link, I'll check it out.
ReplyDeleteCorey, I'll post it on Wednesday. Can't say when it'll arrive, 'though I'll send it Air Mail if it's not too expensive.
ReplyDeleteThis is very generous of you, Kid - and to think that some people call you a troll ;)
ReplyDeleteNobody of an enlightened outlook, Col, I'm sure. Only people who can't bear to be disagreed with.
ReplyDeleteDoc V, I'm not sure what you mean by a digital copy - how would I send that?
ReplyDeleteDoes he mean mp3?
ReplyDeleteDunno, Chris, but I wouldn't know where to start with that anyway.
ReplyDeleteThen I guess you don't haveone of those fancy USB turntables that can rip records OK.
ReplyDeleteI can record a record from my turntable onto my computer, Chris - that's how I made the single into a CD to start with.
ReplyDeleteStill a few left, Andrew B. Will send it out on Wednesday.
ReplyDeleteYup, I did indeed mean an mp3. I've got one of those USB turntables and that's what I have been using to record my oddball records.
