A cascading cornucopia of cool comics, crazy cartoons, & classic collectables - plus other completely captivating & occasionally controversial contents. With nostalgic notions, sentimental sighings, wistful wonderings, remorseful ruminations, melancholy musings, rueful reflections, poignant ponderings, & yearnings for yesteryear. (And a few profound perplexities, puzzling paradoxes, & a bevy of big, beautiful, bedazzling, buxom Babes to round it all off.)

What a lovely pair of eyes, I need to go finish a project now? 'Goodnight all!'
ReplyDeleteDon't forget your 'tummy wipes' when you've finished your project, AAW.
DeleteNot bad, is she? I've seen worse. Still can't understand Hugh Grant and the hooker. He must have been on something.
ReplyDeleteTestosterone?
DeleteThat last comment was from me. I've had a new phone and didn't realise it was set to anonymous until after I pressed 'publish'. Apart from that, the transfer has been surprisingly smooth. I've had the phone since February and been putting off swapping it over as I knew it would be a nightmare but in the end it was just time consuming.
ReplyDeleteLiz Hurley still looks stunning. Hugh on the other hand, has not weathered well. Serves him right.
Liz has indeed weathered well. As for Hugh, maybe I've not been paying attention, but he still looks the same to me, good or bad. I thought he was brilliant in Paddington 2, but I don't think I've ever seen him in anything else.
DeleteReally? Four Weddings and a Funeral is a superb story and worth watching. I also enjoyed Notting Hill and recently The Gentlemen and Heretic. Liz on the other hand, hasn't really made anything of note but looks good. I haven't watched any of the Paddington movies because I didn't like the way Paddington looked. He looked too aggressive for a children's character. I preferred the 70s stop-motion version, which I have on DVD.
ReplyDeleteI had reservations about Paddington because I also love the '70s stop-motion version (which I likewise have on DVD), but I caught part of the first movie when it was on TV and liked what I saw. I promptly bought 1 & 2, and have just recently bought 3, which I've yet to watch. The first two were great and Hugh was brilliant in the second one.
DeleteI could never work out what was going through Hugh Grant's mind when he was caught with the prostitute whilst having her as his girlfriend. ????????
ReplyDeleteMaybe there were certain things she wouldn't do, LH - like bring him breakfast in bed and do his ironing for him. That'd drive any man into the arms of a prostitute - or so I'm told.
