ARTIST IAN KENNEDY PASSES AWAY...



Sad to report that artistic legend, the great Ian Kennedy has passed away, aged 89.  I took the above photo of Ian at a Glasgow comic con a few years back, and he was a pure gent.  His work survives, as will his name for many decades to come - and maybe even forever.  R.I.P. Ian.

    Sad news. I had no idea he was that age his art always looked so fresh and modern. Commando in particular won't be the same without his stunning covers.

    Hard for me to grasp that when I was working in comics back in the mid-'80s, he was younger than I am now, McS. Where does the time go?
