A cascading cornucopia of cool comics, crazy cartoons, & classic collectables - plus other completely captivating & occasionally controversial contents. With nostalgic notions, sentimental sighings, wistful wonderings, remorseful ruminations, melancholy musings, rueful reflections, poignant ponderings, & yearnings for yesteryear. (And a few profound perplexities, puzzling paradoxes, & a bevy of big, beautiful, bedazzling, buxom Babes to round it all off.)

The only one that comes to mind is that infamous Betty and Me cover in which Archie threatens to "beat off" three guys who are pestering Betty. It somehow doesn't say what I think it's meant to say.

ReplyDeleteThere were some amazing Archie comic faux pas over the years , some just ghost ad to be e been meant. I have the comic Rip mentions (Betty and Me issue 16) .
ReplyDeleteSome probably were, as it would be assumed they'd go above kids heads, McS.
