TWO NEW TRUE BELIEVERS TO GET YOUR HANDS ON - YOU'D BE CRIMINALLY INSANE TO MISS THEM...

Copyright MARVEL COMICS

Two new TRUE BELIEVERS arrived this morning at Castel Crivens, readers, reprinting The AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #14 and DAREDEVIL The MAN WITHOUT FEAR #131, respectively.  The first features the introduction of The GREEN GOBLIN and the second contains the debut of BULLSEYE, two cracking collectors' items to be sure.  So if you're not out buying them already, don't leave it for too much longer or you might miss 'em!  (And don't worry - although the covers are amended for The CRIMINALLY INSANE printings, the original, unaltered covers are reproduced in the back of their respective mags.)

  1. The biggie for me is next week when they are bringing us the Masters of Evil by Lee, Kirby and Stone from Avengers #6. Masterpiece!

  2. Great stuff. I'll be nabbing a copy of that for myself, RJ. Got the tale already of course, but another won't hurt.

  3. Oooh thanks for the update RIP and Kid, Masters of Evil is one of my all time favourite comics so I'll be nabbing that as well ( along with the Green Goblin story from ASM 14) I remember the first time I read Masters of Evil like it was yesterday my mum and dad asked if I wanted a comic when they were off doing the shopping and I was expecting to get a Dandy or Valliant (good comics all the sane) but got a copy of Alan Glass' Creepy Worlds with that story (still looking for a reasonably priced copy) and was blown away by it. I just love these reprints and they are 90% of any comics I buy now.

  4. I first read the tale 'serialised' (and abridged) in Terrific, McS, and as well as its Masterworks, Epic Collection, and Omnibus reprints, I've also got it in a US Avengers King-Size Annual/Special, as well as a single-ish reprint comic that came with an articulated figure. One look at the Terrific reprint and I'm back in my house in the '60s. Great stuff.
