A cascading cornucopia of cool comics, crazy cartoons, & classic collectables - plus other completely captivating & occasionally controversial contents. With nostalgic notions, sentimental sighings, wistful wonderings, remorseful ruminations, melancholy musings, rueful reflections, poignant ponderings, & yearnings for yesteryear. (And a few profound perplexities, puzzling paradoxes, & a bevy of big, beautiful, bedazzling, buxom Babes to round it all off.)

Can't help thinking the Torch should be shrieking in pain with that arm the way it is...just doesn't look right.
ReplyDeleteActually, BS, it looks as if he IS shrieking in pain - it just hasn't been lettered in.
ReplyDeleteEarly work by Jim Starlin, inked by Joe Sinnott.
ReplyDeleteYeah, his style is unmistakable for sure. I'd have liked to see a few more by John Buscema though, as I liked his cover for issue #1.
