A cascading cornucopia of cool comics, crazy cartoons, & classic collectables - plus other completely captivating & occasionally controversial contents. With nostalgic notions, sentimental sighings, wistful wonderings, remorseful ruminations, melancholy musings, rueful reflections, poignant ponderings, & yearnings for yesteryear. (And a few profound perplexities, puzzling paradoxes, & a bevy of big, beautiful, bedazzling, buxom Babes to round it all off.)

I only caught the second half but it seemed like the plot of Kingsmen the Secret Service.
ReplyDeleteI've never seen the movie, PS, but surely Kingsmen doesn't involve an alien invasion and a superhero?
ReplyDeleteYeah but the plot about replacing all the heads of the countries by putting things in their heads - exactly the same!
ReplyDeleteWell, PS, replacing heads of countries (or states) is nothing new as a plot - the idea was used in Journey Int Mystery #90 back in the '60s. (A Thor story - The Carbon Copy Man.) In the Christmas episode, I had the impression that the aliens were inhabiting the human bodies - was that in The Kingsmen? If not, any resemblance would seem somewhat superficial.
