A cascading cornucopia of cool comics, crazy cartoons, & classic collectables - plus other completely captivating & occasionally controversial contents. With nostalgic notions, sentimental sighings, wistful wonderings, remorseful ruminations, melancholy musings, rueful reflections, poignant ponderings, & yearnings for yesteryear. (And a few profound perplexities, puzzling paradoxes, & a bevy of big, beautiful, bedazzling, buxom Babes to round it all off.)

Hmm I don't remember these. I do have the Superman novel though. In fact I read it for a college course on comic books.
ReplyDeleteThat'll be the one by George Lowther, I presume? Got it, read it, but it's strictly for the kiddies. As are these Batman titles, which aren't actually books, but thin text stories with a few illos.
ReplyDeleteEven though I did have a couple of these, I couldn't remember the ads for ( or the existence of ) the U.N.C.L.E. books on the back!
ReplyDeleteApologies if you showed us the backs first time around, ( the old memory and all that....)
Yup, I did previously show the backs, JP, but I quite understand you forgetting. There's such a load of great stuff on this blog (he said, modestly) that you can't be expected to remember it all.
