A cascading cornucopia of cool comics, crazy cartoons, & classic collectables - plus other completely captivating & occasionally controversial contents. With nostalgic notions, sentimental sighings, wistful wonderings, remorseful ruminations, melancholy musings, rueful reflections, poignant ponderings, & yearnings for yesteryear. (And a few profound perplexities, puzzling paradoxes, & a bevy of big, beautiful, bedazzling, buxom Babes to round it all off.)

One of the great things about the Human Torch issues of Strange Tales is that they don't seem to be very collectable (compared with other Marvel titles of this period). I've got 10 "well read" copies I found at various comic fairs in the last few years, for just 2 or 3 pounds each - including 5 of the 7 pictured here (the exceptions are #130 and #134).
ReplyDeleteThey're entertaining enough little stories, Andrew, with some nice covers. You'd think they'd be more collectable (and expensive).
ReplyDeleteMan, the Watcher looks like he was hittin' the Haagen-Daz pretty hard in that last cover...Thanks for posting these!
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome, GT. Glad you enjoyed them.
