(BOND) BABE OF THE DAY - MARTINE BESWICK...

I'm sure there must have been
odd occasions when I've neglected to
post a Babe of the Day, so to make up
for such oversights, here's magnificent
 MARTINE BESWICK.  Yum.

  1. Nice. When is she going to fight Raquel Welch?

  2. I hear that the pair of them are always fighting - over me.

  3. Is my recollection correct that Martine gives Raquel a good pasting during the fight?

  4. I've never seen that particular Martine Beswick movie, DSE, but I have the impression that Raquel isn't in that film because I've never seen a photo with the two of them together. Could you be getting two different pictures mixed up?

  5. Mixed up? Possibly, they do get it on in one flick, which would, most likely, be the one they're together in, unless of course someone is puffing weed in the row behind you.

  6. Haven't seen that one then. This pic is from 'Slave Girls' (also had another name, but I forget what it was) and Raquel definitely isn't in it - 'cos I checked.

  7. I'm not crazy (that way) Martine and Raquel are in One Million Years BC. I don't know why they didn't do a publicity still together. Because I absolutely remember a cat fight with the two of them. Strangely enough I don't own it on DVD.

  8. Ah, it's been years since I saw One million Years B.C. and I don't think I even saw it all the way through. That'll be the movie DSE is thinking of TC, but I believe the pic comes from 'Slave Girls'. (Could be wrong 'though.)

  9. There was a cat fight between Raquel and Martine in "One Million Years B.C." Unless I was dreaming. So Martine has the distinction of being in two classic girl-on-girl fights. She also wrestled Aliza Gur in "From Russia With Love" until Bond got it called off. Spoilsport.

This pic looks like it could be from "Prehistoric Women," which could be an alternate or re-release title for "Slave Girls."

  10. Why didn't she invite me to any those wrestling bouts? I'd have held the coats or animal skins - whichever.
