Here's a two-page strip from the POW! Annual for 1968, drawn, I believe, by GRAHAM ALLEN.  In his time, Allen has worked for many comics, such as LION, BUSTER, WHAM!, SMASH!, POW!, WHIZZER & CHIPS, COR!!, TV21, LOOK-IN, SCORE 'N' ROAR, WHOOPEE!, PLUG and TV COMIC - and that's just part of his output over the years.  Truly, one of Britain's greats.

    The title panel looks SO 'Dennis the Menace / Beryl the Peril.

    Although, funnily enough, he drew more like Baxendale on occasion.
