A cascading cornucopia of cool comics, crazy cartoons, & classic collectables - plus other completely captivating & occasionally controversial contents. With nostalgic notions, sentimental sighings, wistful wonderings, remorseful ruminations, melancholy musings, rueful reflections, poignant ponderings, & yearnings for yesteryear. (And a few profound perplexities, puzzling paradoxes, & a bevy of big, beautiful, bedazzling, buxom Babes to round it all off.)

The Nerves is my favourite Ken Reid strip, it really gives his imagination legs. He had a great knack of combining expression with detail and he was one of the best at using blacks.
ReplyDeleteI used to have a page of Nervs original art at one time. Ol' Ken was sure some artist.
ReplyDeleteEven though Ken's art is far superior, I still prefer the (original) Numbskulls to the Nerves.
