A cascading cornucopia of cool comics, crazy cartoons, & classic collectables - plus other completely captivating & occasionally controversial contents. With nostalgic notions, sentimental sighings, wistful wonderings, remorseful ruminations, melancholy musings, rueful reflections, poignant ponderings, & yearnings for yesteryear. (And a few profound perplexities, puzzling paradoxes, & a bevy of big, beautiful, bedazzling, buxom Babes to round it all off.)

Kid, I was half expecting a review of the Doctor Who Christmas special or have you given up on him ? I'll probably watch it on iplayer tonight. My theory of how Santa (with or without his daughter) gets around the world in a single night is that he's a Who-like time traveller who loads up his sleigh with that day's newly made toys then delivers them by travelling through time to Christmas Eve - and his sack of toys is much bigger on the inside and is actually a huge warehouse with elves handing the toys to him.
ReplyDeleteFlippin' eck! Lee Van Cleef never looked like that in the spaghetti western version!
ReplyDeleteHAPPY BOXING DAY, Kid!
I fell asleep through it, CJ, so I'd have to watch it again before I could do a review. Not sure I'll bother 'though. As for Santa - I've always assumed that it's all just a kind of magic.

And a happy BD to you too, JP. Spaghetti? Now you've made me hungry.
I'd post a link to my favourite "Ms. Santa" comic here, but it's EXTREMELY NSFW, so, erm... I won't.
ReplyDeleteA belated Happy Boxing Day to you, Mr. Kid.
And to you too, Sir. Maybe I should Google 'Ms. Santa'?
ReplyDeleteWell, if you're REALLY curious (and it's not to everyone's "taste" - you may require a bucket and/or eyeball wash afterwards), the comic's called "The Naughty List", but that's all I'm saying here!
ReplyDeleteOoer, sounds a bit strong for me - I think I'll 'wimp out'.
