A cascading cornucopia of cool comics, crazy cartoons, & classic collectables - plus other completely captivating & occasionally controversial contents. With nostalgic notions, sentimental sighings, wistful wonderings, remorseful ruminations, melancholy musings, rueful reflections, poignant ponderings, & yearnings for yesteryear. (And a few profound perplexities, puzzling paradoxes, & a bevy of big, beautiful, bedazzling, buxom Babes to round it all off.)

If I hadda get shot, I guess I'd rather have her do it.
ReplyDeleteDon't worry, Mlp - it's only a water pistol.
ReplyDelete"Some Girls Do" is now on YouTube (it also has Joanna Lumley's first screen appearance, in the opening titles sequence)
ReplyDeleteThanks B - will take a look when I get a chance.
ReplyDeleteDaliah and Senta Berger both played a lot of seductive secret agents during the spy-fi fad in the mid-1960's. They were both good at playing femme fatale types, but usually did not have much to work with, because of bland scripts.
ReplyDeleteThat, alas, usually happens to all stunning-looking actresses. Nobody hires them to act, just to look good.
ReplyDeleteLast time I looked, both "Deadlier Than the Male" and "Some Girls Do" were on YouTube, and the quality was very good.
ReplyDeleteI'll have a look for then later, TC. The only thing I recall her from is The Silencers, which is where I think I first saw her.
