That'll be Talia al Ghul on the cover of Detective #411, then, if I remember correctly. As good as Adams' art had been on Batman up till now, I've always felt he reached his absolute peak on the character with the stories and covers he produced over the coming year-or-so — starting with the issue where Talia's dad makes his first appearance, which should be anytime now.
