FIFTH AND FINAL PART OF JOHNNY FUTURE VERSUS MR. OPPOSITE...

Copyright REBELLION

Here's what you've surely all been waiting for - the final part of JOHNNY FUTURE in his bombastic battle with the evil MR. OPPOSITE.  As always, Spanish artist LUIS BERMEJO does his usual superlative job on the art, which is why the strip is so fondly-remembered today by those who read it at the time - more than 45 years after the fact.

Want to see more of JOHN FOSTER's FANTASTIC alter-ego?  Then be sure to leave a comment to that effect, frantic ones.  You don't ask, you don't get!  Remember - it's up to you!

  1. Of course we all do - we want to see ALL of them! After all, none of us have our Fantastics any more. JP and loads of other people as well!!

  2. Thanks Kid, more Johnny Future is always welcome on my PC. Clever solution that JF came up with -now how do you keep this guy from convincing his guards to let him out again? The elements of bricks and mind control in this one had me recalling the final scene in the classic Village of the Damned with George Sanders imagining a brick wall that the children were slowly breaking through to control his mind.

  3. Yeah, bit of a stretch now I think of it! Maybe I should stop adding these comments so late at night.

  4. Phil, I'm sure I've seen that movie, but I don't recall much about it - apart from all the kids having blonde hair. (I think I was a kid myself when I saw it.)
