A cascading cornucopia of cool comics, crazy cartoons, & classic collectables - plus other completely captivating & occasionally controversial contents. With nostalgic notions, sentimental sighings, wistful wonderings, remorseful ruminations, melancholy musings, rueful reflections, poignant ponderings, & yearnings for yesteryear. (And a few profound perplexities, puzzling paradoxes, & a bevy of big, beautiful, bedazzling, buxom Babes to round it all off.)

Amazing. It's a shame that talent like this isn't widely recognized. I can only assume that he hasn't got friends barking on about how "Brilliant" or "Amazing" he is on social networks and shouting down anyone who questions his style.
ReplyDeleteThis is the kind of thing I see at the National Portrait Gallery. Maybe he should get in touch with them.
In this 'X Factor' style world we live in, his back story may grab some media attention. And may help him gain some recognition for his amazing talent but then you are open to the media intrusion as well?
A true talent.
Jones Johnson
To the person calling himself 'Nox' who keeps trying to be a smart@ss: Did a Google 'saearch' (as you insist on spelling it) on the subject of your intelligence - no results found.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe the "I fawt the Dandy wuz well gud in its dyin days so ner" brigade are still so obviously suffering from butthurt. Superb painting, by the way.
ReplyDeleteIt does seem to be someone who isn't quite the 'full picnic', doesn't it, Lee? Either in years or in brains.
ReplyDeleteYup - good painting. Nope - not mine.
It's a fantastic painting... Going to tell us who it is?
ReplyDelete(And I know it's Picard!)
ReplyDeleteCan't. The artist desires anonymity.
ReplyDeleteGreat picture.
ReplyDeleteI know what he's thinking about, its...
ReplyDelete...Judi or Stacy?
I dunno. Given the recent news, maybe he's thinking 'Kirk or Spock?'
ReplyDeleteWhat's this, Pat batting for the other side, surely not, you must be thinking of that other slaphead, William Haig?
ReplyDeleteNot Pat - but Picard? He'd probably help out if they were short-handed.
ReplyDeletePicard? I dunno, although I can imagine Ryker telling Worf to lay off the prune juice for a while.
