Over on BARRY PEARL's excellent blog (here) is an interesting post regarding the U.S. STAR TREK newspaper strip which fans of the GENE RODDENBERRY show will no doubt find fascinating. In my opinion, the art style is reminiscent of that of JOHN STOKES, who illustrated the Star Trek comic strip in the U.K. comic, VALIANT & TV21, back in 1971/'72. I thought readers might appreciate seeing an example of what I'm talking about, so here are some pleasing pages for your perusal.
